Team leadership of over 100 Business Analysts, Architects, Developers and Testers. Delivery using modern agile methodologies including scrum and kanban, focused on instilling a DevOps / Continuous Integration approach to software delivery as well as more traditional waterfall stage-gate processes and broad legacy or digital transformation portfolios.
